PARISH STATISTICS

Each year in the fall, parishes are asked to submit Vital Statistics and Sacramental Records to the Diocese of Sioux City. This information is important to help us track trends in parish populations and sacramental receptions, while providing a measure of the vibrancy of parishes through the liturgies and programs they provide.
Parishes are also asked to complete statistics separately for publication in the Official Catholic Directory.
All statistics and records are collected for the time period October 1st of the prior year through September 30th of the current year.
Deadline for submissions is Friday, November 13, 2020.

Vital Statistics
Submitting Vital Statistics is easy using the online form. Please complete the form for the time period October 1, 2019-September 30, 2020.
Forms must be submitted no later than Monday, November 9, 2020.

OFFICIAL cATHOLIC DIRECTORY (OCD)
Official Catholic Directory (OCD) information should be provided by all parishes, schools and other entities. These are submitted in a separate online form provided by the OCD and will be published in their 2021edition. You will receive an email from the OCD with instructions.
The deadline for all entities to submit the online form using the OCD Online Update system is Friday, November 13, 2020.

Sacramental Records
Sacramental Records must be submitted to report baptisms, confirmations, marriages and deaths in your parish. These forms are available on the Diocese of Sioux City website and should be completed for the time period October 1, 2019-September 30, 2020.
Deadline for submissions is Monday, November 9, 2020.
