What is Cycle Prep?

Cycle Prep is a Catholic, nationally-acclaimed program which helps parents + daughters confidently prepare for the start of her menstrual cycle, together. Created by Pearl & Thistle, Cycle Prep teaches body literacy through the lens of the Church's teachings on human dignity.
This course will be offered at four locations in the Diocese of Sioux City during the 2025-2026 school year. All are welcome to register!- All Saints, Le Mars: October 22, 2025, 5:30 PM
- Holy Trinity, Fort Dodge: November 16, 2025, 1 PM
- Divine Mercy, Algona: November 16, 2025, 5:30 PM
- St. John Paul II, Carroll: March 28, 2026, 1 PM
Registration is $25 per daughter (mothers/guardians attend free) to cover materials.

Meet Andrea!

Hey there, my name is Andrea Ault and I'll be your facilitator for the Cycle Prep workshop! Firstly and above all things, I am a beloved daughter of God; wife to Kevin; mom of five kids on earth, and two in heaven.
My mission is to illuminate the beauty of the feminine design through the lens of the female cycle and the hormone genius. I particularly love working with moms and daughters.
As a certified FEMM & teenFEMM cycle charting instructor and Hormone Coach via The Fiat Institute, I come uniquely prepared to offer an experience that "I wish" I had when I was younger (and one that would have been made better if I had shared it with someone like my mom.)
