This registration option is for parish groups, Catholic school groups, or homeschooling groups.
If you are a volunteer who is leading a group on behalf of your parish, Catholic school, or homeschooling group, please reach out to Danielle Fennessy for guidance on the registration process.

Step 1: Collect a registration form (found above) and payment for each participant. You are welcome to transfer the content of the form into an online form as digital signatures can be accepted.
Step 2: Complete the online Group Registration form and one group payment (contact Ashley Knight if you would prefer to be invoiced for the full payment).
Step 3: Complete and submit the registration spreadsheet by February 13.
Step 4: Individual registration forms containing the waivers can be submitted electronically or submitted on the day of the event.

Visit the diocesan Risk Management page to review guidelines for chaperones and drivers. Select the "Field Trip Guidelines" document.
During the event, chaperones are expected to monitor their students and assist with conference activities, as needed.

We encourage you to talk to your pastor, Director of Faith Formation, or Youth Minister to see if they are planning a trip. If a formal parish group is not attending, parents can offer to organize a parish group with pastor permission. Otherwise, individual students are welcome to attend as a family group where their mother/father/guardian acts as a chaperone.
