If you will be traveling outside the United States and will be conducting ministry of any kind during your trip abroad, we require a minimum of a one month notice ahead of your departure date. Protocol for Laity Speakers within and from outside the Diocese
The Chancellor's Office will no longer issue Letters of Good Standing for Lay people. Please contact your parish pastor to secure a letter or other document to confirm your good standing

When hosting a laity speaker even from within our own Diocese, a Letter of Good Standing from the person’s pastor is required for every time an event is hosted at a parish | school | other organization.
