1. Who is this event for? This event is for anyone who is separated, divorced, or considering separation—whether it happened recently or years ago. If you are struggling with your emotions, faith, family relationships, or healing process, this Evening is for you.
2. Do I need to be Catholic to attend? No! While this event is hosted from a Catholic perspective, anyone seeking healing, hope, and community is welcome to attend.
3. What if I’m not active in my faith right now? You're still welcome! Many who attend feel disconnected from their faith due to their divorce or separation. This event is a judgment-free space where you can come as you are, no matter where you are in your faith journey.
4. What will the event cover? This Evening will explore some of the common struggles faced by those who are separated or divorced, including:
Dealing with anger, guilt, and shame
Overcoming loneliness and fear
Rebuilding identity and self-worth
Healing spiritually and emotionally
5. Will I be required to share personal details? No, there is no pressure to share anything unless you choose to. This is a safe and supportive space where you can simply listen, reflect, and find encouragement.
6. Is this event in-person or virtual? This event is virtual on Zoom, so you can join us from anywhere and some parishes may offer an in-person live viewings. Once you register, you’ll receive a Zoom link via email.
7. What if I can’t attend live? No problem! Register anyway, and you’ll receive access to the recording after the event.

Abounding Joy Catholic Divorce Support Group (2 Tuesdays/month @ 7pm CST) The Abounding Joy Catholic Divorce Support Group provides a Christ-centered, online supportive space for Catholics navigating separation or divorce.
Twice a month, participants are welcomed into a respectful, confidential environment offering prayer, faith-based reflection, and practical guidance rooted in Catholic teaching. Each gathering focuses on a relevant theme—such as healing from grief, discernment, boundaries, forgiveness, or rebuilding hope—to gently support participants wherever they are on their journey.
