Navigating Motherhood, a resource created by renowned Catholic speaker and author Emily Wilson for women entering motherhood, covers key topics every new mom will encounter as she enters into her motherhood journey. This course provides a sit down, heart-to-heart, tell me everything I need to know as this gets going kind of chat and is designed to encourage you, to uplift you, to guide you, and to support you in seizing the beauty of the role God has given you as mother.

This series offers practical guidance, prayerful encouragement, and valuable insight into rarely discussed topics that you will encounter during engagement (e.g. the trap of comparison, the wedding night, discerning a choice, bachelorette parties, etc.) and helps you to manage and prioritize your heart in the process.  This course does not complete any marriage preparation requirements of the Diocese of Sioux City, but is offered as a supplement for women during the time of engagement.
