The Official Catholic Directory (OCD) has, for over 200 years, collected and published important information about the Catholic Church in the United States. Data provided by Diocese of Sioux City parishes, schools, and other Catholic entities are compiled with data submitted by other dioceses and published annually.
An online portal is provided by the OCD for annual updating. This portal is now active and forms may be updated. Diocesan parishes, schools, and other entities should login and complete the form in accordance with OCD guidelines and the memo and processing guide found in the links below.
Please refer to the email sent to the contact person which was used last year for instructions to access the form in the OCD online portal, or you may also access the portal by clicking on the button at the bottom of this page.
Please complete this report for the status of your parish, school, or other entity as of September 30 of this year.Updates made by diocesan entities this fall will appear in The Official Catholic Directory 2027.
The submission deadline for OCD updates is 23 October 2026.
